The Sender/Customer expressly agrees to the following terms and conditions which may be changed without prior notice:

1.   Pagibig Party Rentals and Services shall be under obligation to deliver the ordered goods only after all the following conditions have been complied with:

1. The customer has completely and accurately filled up the form/s required for ordering;
2. The company has made a confirmation of the ordered goods and their date of delivery;
3. Payment through credit card/s and/or checks have been cleared by the banks concerned;
4. The Sender, if different from the customer, has given a clear instruction and accurate name and address of the Receiver;

2.   There may be some instances where the goods ordered based on the pictures shown in the web page do not appear exactly the same with that which was delivered. Further, if due to increase in price of the goods ordered, or if the goods ordered becomes not readily available in the market, they may be replaced with another similar product with about the same price upon confirmation of the customer;

3.   It is the primary concern of the company to deliver your orders at the exact date and time requested. We normally require a three (3) days leadtime from the date the order was placed to the date of requested delivery. Most of the time though the company can fulfill an urgent delivery request upon confirmation.  However, in the remote possibility that the company incurs a delay or totally fails to deliver the goods ordered, the company shall not be liable for any damage/s sustained by the sender whether financial or otherwise as the company does not have direct control over the numerous risks it is exposed in the performance of its obligation.  In that most remote possibility where no delivery was made, the company shall return the entire amount it received from the sender/customer without interest. 

4.   Refunds are allowed.However, after all of the conditions enumerated in par.1 of this Terms and Conditions have been complied with, refunds shall no longer be allowed;

5.   All prices are subject to change anytime without prior notice.However, upon completion of everything enumerated in par.1 above, the prevailing price at that time shall be controlling for purposes of this agreement;

6.   Pagibig Rentals & Services reserves the right to decline/reject any or all orders for whatever reason.
